Usage
Our rigid cage stranding machine is industrial equipment designed for the high efficiency production of compact-strand bare aluminum wire, bare copper wire and ACSR for power cable production. the rigid strander is suitable for high speed operation with various safety devices to minimize downtime.
Main Capability Features
1) the reels are arranged around the stranding cages.
2) High rigidity, high performance, high speed and low inertia during operation.
3) Driven by 36-stage variable gear-box, dual hauling and dual active device. Natural wire distribution avoids abrasion damage when stranding.
4) Advanced emergency stop device directly controls every real. If any wire breaks, the entire machine will automatically stop at once.
5) Siemens PLC control system.
