1.Brief Introduction:

  this automatic spraying equipment uses precise air atomizing nozzle to spray welding-proof photosensitive ink on PCB board which is conveyed from Y-axis straight-line treadmill. PCB board sprays A surface in high-speed and stable operation. Y axis can automatically switch the turning angle 180 degrees for B surface spraying. the Z-axis of this fully automatic equipment is equipped with two precision jet valves and an oil circulation system control. this equipment adopts humanized design to facilitate staff standardization, data setting, rapid ink switching in the production process. this equipment has been applied to the production of emergency prototype and mass production.
