Compared with TP,ASO,UA,ALT,Mg,Cl,TC,CRP in serum, the testing results suggest the difference of Lithium Heparin anti-coagulant blood plasma have no statistics significance.(P>0.05). Compared with HBD,LDH,TBA in serum, the testing results suggest the difference of Lithium Heparin anti-coagulant blood plasma have statistics significance.(P<0.05). the Lithium Heparin anti-coagulation blood plasma has a high correlation with serum. Hence, there is a higher feasibility to to replace serum by Lithium heparin anti-coagulation blood plasma in daily testing,Which can be an important testing method.
