Our garlic peeling machine takes the Pneumatic principle, equipped with an air comprossor, it does not need any water, no damage to the garlic.

Working Process

When it works, the air compressor provide high pressure to peel garlic, for better effects,air pressure from air compressor need to be 0.8-0.9Mpa, compressed air from the compressor was transported into the garlic peeling machine through the national standard exhaust pipe. Measured by an independent barometer, ensured the peeled garlic can not be damaged by the air pressure during the processing.

Our Suggestion

When the air flow is 1.06 m/min, namely at least the 7.5kw air compressor, the capacity of this garlic peeler can be 150kg/h(with the smallest peeling machine) different machines should equipped with the different air compressor,for this barrel type garlic peeling machine, the air compressor uauslly need the 11kw, 22kw. with the 22kw air compressor, our garlic peeling machine can be 600kg/h.
