Application

Construction process

1.Grassroots requirements:

the base layer should be flat, free of sand and debris. the unevenness of the unevenness and the deformation joints and cracks of the base layer shall be leveled with cement mortar. the pipe fittings, sanitary facilities and floor drains connected to the base layer must be firm, the joints should be tight, and the ends should be smooth and not loose.

2.Coating construction:

It is generally required to apply scraping three times. after the first pass of the film is cured for 12-24 hours, a second application is performed. the direction of the coating is perpendicular to the direction of the first coating film, and a rigid protective layer is required on the third coating film. In order to increase the adhesion between the waterproof layer and the rigid protective layer, it is possible to sprinkle clean sand on the surface of the coating film when it is not completely cured. after the coating film to which the sand is adhered is solidified, the rigid protective layer is applied. Additional waterproof layer: additional waterproof layer should be applied to the details such as yin and yang angle, tube root, crack and deformation joint. According to the engineering requirements, the coating film construction can also be completed again. after curing, the protective layer can be applied.
