this new kind of valve bag is specially designed for the packaging of rubber additive Carbon Black. Using this low melt valve bag and automatic filling machine, carbon Black manufacturers can make packages of 5kg-25kg. Using the valve bag can avoid fly loss of the material when packing and there is no need to seal it, so it largely improves the packaging efficiency. 



the valve bags are made from EVA (copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate) which has a lower melting point and is highly compatible with rubber, so the bags together with the contained materials can be direct put into a mixer, and the bags can fully disperse in the rubber as an effective ingredient. 

Bags with different melting points are available for different mixing conditions. with standard packages and no need to unpack before using the materials, low melt valve bags also facilitate the work of the material users.
