Finger-joint cutter process the ends of the wood into fingertips and then splicing. The finger joint cutter is divided into an integral finger joint cutter and a single piece finger joint knife.        Refers to the number of teeth of the blade with two teeth, four teeth, six teeth. the number of teeth is selected based on the speed of the device. the speed of the equipment is fast, the blade with less teeth is selected, and the blade with slower speed is selected, but the multi-tooth can improve the smoothness of the cutting surface.

3. the angles of the finger-jointed knives:

       the angles of the knives are mainly the front angle, the back angle, and the oblique angle. the angle of the finger-joint is determined by the material of the processed wood, the depth of the finger joint, and the speed of the equipment.

4. Finger-joint accuracy:

Refers to the accuracy of the blade including flatness, parallelism, verticality, end jump, etc. the accuracy of the finger-joint is determined according to the inherent quality of the finger-joint. We have 20 years of production experience and precision control is very good.
