Quality control:
the raw material is from normal  suppliers with testing report,all material should be inspected first,no problem then will be put in storage.The raw material of brake lining are imported like resin.
There is operation instruction in every process,the workers should follow it absolutly.
the tolerance of  sizes follow the OE,FMSI etc which are the international mutual sizes. 

There is professional QC team will inspect goods from the raw material,on line products,finished products to products with packing absolutly follow the national standard of GB5763-2008.

We have testing center equipped with advanced testing machines from China and abroad like Link testing machine.We will make friction coefficient test,wear rate test,shearing test etc in our lab regularly to make sure our products' quality can follow the national standard of GB5763-2008.

during processing ,the outer arc,width,degree of symmetry,verticality etc can be proved by professional equipments.
