1000 series alloy, generally called commercial pure aluminium, the Al content of this series is above 99.0%. Feature: high conductivity, good corrosion resistant performance, high latent heat of melting, high-reflectance, well welding property, low strength and not suitable for heat treatments, it is mainly used in general industrial device, daily life tools, storage, scientific experiments and chemical industry etc.and our products have been sold in many countries all over the world.

3000 series alloy, generally called Al-Mn Alloy, the manganese is used as main alloy element. Feature: good rust resistance, not suitable for heat treatments, good corrosion resistant performance, well welding property, good plasticity, low strength but suitable for cold working hardening. 3000 alloy is mainly used in decoration, heat-sink device, external walls, storage, sheets for construction, etc.

5000 series alloy, generally called Al-Mg Alloy, the magnesium is used as main alloy element. Feature: all the advantages of normal aluminum alloy, high tensile strength and  yield strength, good corrosion resistant performance, well welding property, well fatigue strength, and suitable for anodic oxidation. the brightness of 5 series alloy is not as good as 1 series and 3 series alloy, but it is widely used in industrial field.

6000 series alloy, generally called Al-Mg-Si Alloy, which are widely used in the construction industry. It is the most promising alloy. It has good corrosion resistance, good weldability, good cold workability and medium strength. the main alloying element of 5052 is magnesium, which has good formability, corrosion resistance, weldability and medium strength. It is used to manufacture aircraft fuel tank, fuel pipe, sheet metal parts of traffic vehicles and ships, meters, street lamp brackets and rivets, hardware products, electrical appliances, etc.

Packing Details:

Aluminum products of Zhongxin meet the export standard. Plastic film and brown paper can be covered at customers' need. What's more, wooden case or wooden pallet is adopted to protect products from damage during the delivery. There are two kinds of packaging, which is eye to wall or eye to sky. Customers can choose either of them for their convenience. Generally speaking, there are 2 tons in one package, and loading 18-22 tons in 120 container, and 20-24 tons in 140 container.
