LCP Silicone Thermal Pad with One Side Silicone Insulation Cloth

LCP is a value of the thermal interface material. The material is made on the base of coating thermally conductive polymer on fiberglass silicone tape coated substrate for easy to process and assembly. The softness and high adhesive can be used in filling the air gap between the PC board and the radiator or metal case. and its high adhesive is suitable for low stress shock absorption. Single-sided stickiness and puncture resistance is an electrical insulation material for the use of filling cooling insulation for activities or with the needle irregular heaters. Also it can also be used for thermal conductive between high-voltage bare wire devices and heat sink.
