Specification:

this machine is mainly for food industry, with one-station integral design to provide solution of cleaning and disinfection. the framework is made by SUS304 which meet the food industry standard.

It adopts whole automatic induct design, touch-free to avoid cross pollution. the main function is: inductive soap dispenser, inductive hand wash, inductive hand dry, inductive disinfection and inductive sole cleaning. It equipped with turnstile, to control the entry until the hand wash/dry/disinfect and sole cleaning operation completed, to solute the requirement of cleaning and disinfection in food factory in one-station mode.

 

 

Functions:


1.    One station for cleaning and disinfection;
2.    Automatic induction for whole process to avoid touch pollution;
3.    Hand cleaning functions: soap dispenser, wash, dry and disinfect
4.    Sole cleaning function: inductive sole cleaning
5.    Entry control: the turnstile release only after above function completed.

 

 

Working principle:


L  Motor drive the 2 brushes on the clean stage to clean sole.
L  User stand on the clean stage, the brushes rotate to clean the shoe soles.
L  Inductive operation for dispenser/wash/dry/disinfect and sole cleaning
L  PLC controller with Omron.

 

 

Installation:

L  Need a flat and smooth floor indoor, to put the machine.

L  Need water supply and drainage pipe or hose to connect.

L  Need power supply 220VAC.
