Antifoaming agent for textile printing and dyeing is our latest research result,Its prominent feature is that it can defoam quickly, last foam suppression on the condition of the high temperature and strong alkali. Its the biggest characteristic: high content, good water solubility, no bleaching oil, strong acid and alkali resistance, bear high temperature 95 ~ 130, can show excellent suppression foam durability and good defoaming in the nonionic and anionic surfactant system.

 Application

 

      the whole process of textile dyeing with defoamer; General-purpose OK oil penetrant (pulp dyeing), antique oil, printing acrylic slurry, pre-treatment, textile and chemical oil oil, refining agent, fabric dyeing and finishing, medium temperature polyester dyeing, textile sizing and textile auxiliaries Pulp, bleaching, washing, water treatment systems

       

 

Intruduction

 

Recommended dosage: 0.1%~0.8%. Pls refer to the actual experiment for the final use.

Directly add defoaming agent to the foaming system, pls Make sure the dosage based on the bubble.

 

 Storage and package

 

(1) Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /plastic drum,or as customer required.
(2) Storage: It's non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non flammable, sealed storage

      in a cool,ventilated, dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed

      tightly at around 25.
(3) the shelf life is about 12 months.
(4) Transportation: this product must be sealed well during the transportation,

      preventing from Moisture,water,strong acid&alkali.
