Zilibon concrete defoamer is a kind of compound defoamer with polyether, which is designed by latest patent technology and it's workable under the environment of strong acid, strong alkali. 

When the pH value of defoaming system up to 14, many organic silicone defoamer has the situations of demulsification and oil floating, that can break the original defoaming efficiency. 

while zhilibon this series of defoamer can keep the good physical state in this pH value, which can efficiently avoid demulsification and floating oil situation, keep excellent foam controlling performance. 

Applications of our Concrete Defoamer: 

this defoamer mainly applies to solve the foam problem on: 

Cement mortar production; Water reducing agent; Concrete; Asbestos tile; Calcium silicate board; Putty powder; Ore pulp; Reinforcing agent, etc.

Instruction:

Usage: Please direct add this defoamer into the foaming system after stirring evenly.  

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.8%, but the optimum dosage should be confirmed based on the actual testing.

Packaging:

1. Packing: 50KG, 200KG, 120KG/Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a

    cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at

    around 25.

3. the shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: this product must be sealed well during the transportation, preventing from

    moisture, water, strong acid and strong alkali.
