INTRODUCTION:
the batch oven is much suitable for the factory, whose production output is not large.
It's equipped with floor all inside and outside of the cabin.
the workers need to put the products on the trolley, then push the trolley into the oven.
Finally start the heating of the oven, to get the finished products.
Cabin System: Rock wool sandwich panel, 100mm thick, density is 120kg/m3.
Outside is 0.476mm thick colorful steel, inside is 0.426mm thick galvanized steel, anti-flame, and heat insulation.
Heating System (Diesel): Italy Riello G10 diesel burner, max thermal powder:200,000Karl/h.
Temperature range: Room temp -  200C 1 set of 316 + 304 stainless steel heating exchanger.
Circulation System: 1set of a heating resistant centrifugal fan for circulating the air, 3kW motor, airflow 6799m3/h. Cooling System: 1 set of the cooling pumps and 201 stainless steel water tank to cool the bearing of the circulation fan.
Control System: 1 unit, including automatic/ constant temperature, stop emergency stop, start, oven temperature setting, constant temperature setting, hot air temperature setting, oven indicator, failure indicator, normal indicator, power indicator, pre-work indicator.
Guide Rail: 1 set of steel rail for pushing the trolley in and out. 4 pcs of wheels and 2 pcs of beams for making the trolley.
End Door: 1 set of swing doors for in and out, with lift lock, 2 sets are optional.
