as one of the sand washers, spiral sand washing machine is mainly to stir the sand and stones by the spiral appliance which mixes the clay and the water in the materials and discharges them from the discharging outlet. The sand and stones are selected by the spiral device and are discharged from the top discharging outlet that achieves washing and screening of materials.

1. Installation and Maintenance

1. Due to large torque, it's suggested that it should be installed on the concrete base with embedded welding components. Calculated singly by the soil condition, the base is suggested to be three times the weight of the machine. the dimension of installation can be referred to the foundation drawing.

2. after installation, the gears of the speed reducer must be checked whether they shift and whether the gap between the water box and the bucket wheel is uniform. after the adjustment, the machine can be welded on the foundation.

3. the lubricating grease must be filled and the grease level should be adjusted appropriately to 50% below the shaft center.

4. after the installation and the adjustment, the no-load test run should reach:

1) 2 hours of continuous operation;

2) All components should be fixed firmly, no looseness;

3) without any abnormal noise of the speed reducer and the gear box.

5. Besides the requirements of no-load test run, the following requirements should be satisfied:

1) When feeding, it's not allowed for materials to impact heavily with the water box and unbalanced feeding and filling the water box which will damage the bucket wheel and the machine.

2) the maximum feeding is in accordance with the design rule.
