Working principle

the working principle of GS drum screen is that the motor drives the drum mounted on the rack to rotate around its axis through reducer and coupling.When the materials enter the cylinder, due to the tilt cylinder and the rotation, material on the surface of the screen constantly turning and rolling at the same time, from top to bottom by grading sieve exhalation, due to the mesh specifications different, gradually be separated filter material, granularity and qualified materials (screen) after screening the fallen into their next hopper, unqualified materials (screen) on the discharge port at the end of the cylinder.Due to the material turnover and rolling in the drum, the material stuck in the sieve hole can be ejected, preventing the sieve hole from blocking.

Structure

1. Transmission system

It mainly includes electric motor, belt drive, reducer, coupling, etc. the drive is stable, reliable and noiseless.

2. Drum device

It mainly includes the roller, bearing support, sieve mesh, layering, etc. the roller is arranged in an inclined manner, and its support adopts an overall through-shaft structure with high overall strength and great rigidity to ensure the smooth operation of the roller.the screen is fixed by layering, and the screen is easy to replace.According to the characteristics of screening materials, the fully closed structure (with outer cover, no dust pollution) or open structure can be selected.
