Product Introduction

Spiral chute is composed of feed separator, feed chute, spiral chute, intercepting trough, receiving hopper and the chute support. the spiral chute cut the concentrates, middling and tailings respectively in the end of the chute without flush water in the separation. It's applied to separate iron, ilmenite, chromite massive isometric, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, phosphorite, tungsten, stannum, tantalum, niobium and other non-ferrous metal, rare metal and nonmetallic ores with different specific gravity.


Working Principle

Let the spiral chute vertical and correct the vertical line. Fix it at a proper position by iron frame or wood. the sand pump sends sand to two feeding inlets above the spiral chute. Fill the water and adjust the concentration of the slurry. next, the slurry will naturally flow downward and produce an inertia centrifugal force on the oblique surface. the ores and the sand are separated by gravity and centrifugal force based on different specific gravity, size and the shape. Concentrates flow into the hopper and is received by the pipe. the tailings flow into the tails hopper and to the sand sink through the pipe and then will be discharged by the sand pump. Thus, the ore separation is completed.

Instructions

1. Check whether the quality (especially the quality on the working surface), size and shape of fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) spiral blades are qualified.

2. the connection bolt hole on the spiral blades is generally drilled by the manufacturer. If it isn't, it should be drilled as the same sample to ensure good interchangeability.

3. Connect five-round spiral blades by bolt into a set of spiral chute and place it horizontally. Take the smooth transition of two neighbor flange joints as the standard. Pay attention to the fact that the lower surface should be no less than the relative one. Take the exterior alignment in the direction of the normal line (direction of chute width) as the standard. It's not allowed for lower blades to be inside which is to prevent from spraying ores. the joint should be flattened by putty if there is gap.

4. Revolve four (or two or three) spiral chutes of five blades together and put them into required shape.

5. Install four (or three) columns respectively on four (or three or two) spiral chutes in turn and fix the chute and the support by bolt. Then, install the cross (rack) to make all spiral chutes distribute all around evenly. Finally, revolve all the bolts. after the installation, spiral blades should keep the natural shape without any obvious deformation.

6. Install the feed chute interception chute on the front and the end of the spiral chute respectively to ensure there is no water leakage of the joint. Coat it to ensure smooth transition if there is gap.

7. the feed separator and collecting hopper are not connected with the support. They should be placed freely and correctly on the support according to the draw. All discharging pipes should point at relative feeding chute respectively.

8. Generally, it's not necessary to fix the base of the spiral chute but they should be placed on the same ground. after the installation, check whether the vertical axis is vertical and it's possible to adjust the verticality by adding gasket below the column. Set the operation platform at a proper height and it should be properly connected with the support. Maintain it once a month.
