Working Principle

Materials are crushed by the speedy impact produced by the hammer on the rotary rotor. Crushed materials are thrown along the direction of tangent to the impact plate on the other end of the chamber to be recrushed. Then, they will rebound to the hammer from the impact plate. Materials will also impact with each other on the way. Because of the beat of the hammer, impact of the plate and collision between materials, they crack and loosen. Then, they will be discharged when the size is smaller than the gap between the impact plate and the hammer.
