DRP10 is the Rotary Parking System for 10 Cars; it mAinly consists of steel structure, load carrier, drive system, control system, safety and detection system.

It is the designed system that an automobile is put in the cage, the cage rotates up and down as well as right and left and then the automobile is parked.

this Automatic Parking System is designed to permit up to a maximum of 12 cars or 10 SUV's to be parked easily and safely, on the surface area required to park 2 cars. It is simple to operate with the driver parking and leaving the vehicle in the system at ground level.

Once the driver leaves the incorporated safety zone the vehicle is automatically parked by the system rotating to lift the parked car away from the bottom central position. this leaves an empty parking space available at ground level, for the next car to be parked on.

the parked car is easily retrieved by IC card or pushing the button for the relevant position number the car is parked on. this causes the required car to rotate down to ground level ready for the driver to enter the safety zone and reverse the car out of the system.

Working Principle

Each space has a car pallet, the pallets for parking or retrieving will rotate along a direction to realize the parking or retrieving space to the ground; Driver can park or get the car directly in the ground space;

Steps: All cars will rotate along the clockwise or anti-clockwise until the car get to ground; for example in the following picture show, if we want to get the No. 6 car, the cars from No. 1 to No. 10, all rotate along anti-clock direction; the No.6 pallet falls to the ground and driver can take it away directly;

Main Structures

Rotary parking system is composed of 7 basic structures

Foundation, Steel structure, Pallets, Transmission, Control System, Safety Protection Devices and other Auxiliary Devices;

Foundation

Foundation is the base for supporting the rotary parking system; A steady and reliable foundation is the guarantee for well-going of the rotary parking system; It is decided by 2 factors of static loading and dynamic loading; the static loading depends on the system self-weight and total cars weight and the loading distributed points; the dynamic loading is based on the structure of the system, the operation way and the local environmental factors including rain, wind, earthquake, etc;

Steel structure

Steel structure is the supporting key part of the system, it decides the whole steady operation of the system; this system steel structure mainly includes H-steel, rectangular steel, flat steel, angle steel, steel plates, welded into shape and bolts connected into frame structure; 

Characteristics of our frame structure

l System frame structure is steady, fastening, good appearance; the loading design meets the GB3811-83 " Crane Design Regulation" standard;

l Steel frame structure adopts large span design,

l Steel frame structure columns, beams are treated with rust sand-removing, it removes the internal stress; Coating with optional rust-removed spray painting, or metal paint or powder painting; the buyer can choose one of the coating with the same price; It is connected by bolts and it is good looking appearance and corrosion resisting;

l the layout of rotary parking system design is based on maximum parking spaces in limited area and the parking or retrieving convenience; It reduces the waiting time of parking or retrieving in a same parking system;

Car Pallets

Car pallet is the loading part for the car, to put on; this system pallets are shaped by bending the thread steel plates and powder coating treatment with fine anti-slipping and anti-bending capacity;

Main characteristics of our pallets:

l Humanization design with whole thread steel plates by bending; It is made from standardized production line and it has the well-replacement advantages;

l the thread steel pallet is assembled by bolts and it can form natural flow channel to prevent water or oil flowing from upper pallet; It has beautiful appearance, anti-corrosion, full closed, no pollution to the down car, and it is easy to clean;

l the pallet is assembled in our factory to avoid current site installation and welding; it also raises the quality of the pallets and reduces the influences of project site environment;

l There is car block on the pallet to show the car a correct parking position and prevent the car side sliding;

l        Gaps of car platforms sealed with sealing materials.

Transmission Devices

the transmission devices are composed of transmission power system, driving shaft, driving chain; the transmission structure is driven by gear motor; A parking trailer frame is installed every certain distance and the trailer frame rotates with the chain; this way to realize the parking or retrieving action;

the main characteristics of our transmission system:

l It adopts specialized motor for this parking system with low noise and high torque; it has electromagnetic auto-brake system and manual release device to guarantee the car pallet in static status when no power or electricity; It can realize parking or retrieving in manual mode; 

l the biggest noise is from motor, we adopts specialized best motor for parking system made by German NORD company; the noise is lower than 70dB;

l the chain safety index is more than 7 times;

Control System

the control system is realized by PLC by control the actions of all kinds of relays, and contactor to realize the rotating operation of the system;

l Electric key parts adopts international famous brands to guarantee the reliability and stability;

l Adopts PLC control system by checking automatically and reveals malfunction codes as well as the auto-warning system; at same time, the PLC control system has self-study and diagnostic functions;

l the PLC reserved the 485 interface of intelligent control system, it can realize conveniently connection with Car Management System, Charging System, Gate Barrier system, Operation Management System, Parking Charging Management System, all by 1 CARD;

l Operation modes: Button Keyboard by manual and AUTO IC card;
