    Series RCDD dry self-discharging electromagnetic separators are designed to automatically eliminate the powder or lumpish iron impurities from the non-magnetic materials. the interiors of the separators are mould with special resins with a self-cooling hermitic structure. the separators feature high magnetic permeability, intense absorption force, dust proof, rain proof and corrosion resistance. They may work reliably in poor conditions.

Tramp Iron Magnetic Separator Description

It is used to clean metal tramp iron, such as nails, bolts, staples and metal debris, from non-magnetic metarials in conveyor system, to protect conveyor, crusher, hammer mill and other process equipment downstream from damage.
It is suspended crossly over the belt conveyor, with rectification control equipment to rectify AC into DC, supplying power for the coil to generate a suitable magnetic field, and capture ferrous impurities. Capture and discharge of magnetic impurities are operated by the control equipment, no need manual operation.
