Water treatment
Polyacrylamide as flocculant for water treatment: drinking water, municipal waste water, industrial waste water, sludge thickening and dewatering.

Oil Field
Polyacrylamide is widely used in oil exploration, profile control, plugging agent, drilling fluids, fracturing fluids additives. for Drop in drilling fluid loss, flocculation, shale inhibition, dilution, plugging, cooling and lubricating the drill bit and drill string, carrying debris, cementing well it also plays an important role in these applications.
Paper industry
Polyacrylamide is mainly applied for seven aspects :
1. Enhance the retention of added substance and dyestuff.
2. Improve the dry-strength and wet-strength.
3. as dispersant of macrofiber paper making.
4. Raise up the Stability of Pulp.
5. as adhesive of Paper Coated Dyestuff. 
6. as decorative adhesive of Paper.

Textile
Polyacrylamide as textile auxiliary can be used as a textile coating slurry sizing can reduce the loom short head and shedding, which helps to enhance the antistatic properties of textiles.
