Electric emery for sandblasting

1. Electric emery Description:

Electric emery, a kind of high-grade refractories, was made from the imported high quality alumina by melting above 2 000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling.

It is white with the main crystal phase αAl2O3.

2. Electric emery Applications:

the abrasive tools made of it are suitable for grinding high carbon steel, high-speed steel and chilled steel. It can also be used as lapping and polishing medium, precision founding sand, coating materials, catalyst carrier, special ceramics and super refractory materials.
