the Hole-mesh steel-strip polyethylene composite pipe is a composite pipe with cold-rolled steel-strip welded hole-mesh pipe as reinforcing framework and composite thermoplastics. The compressive strength of the pipe is significantly improved by introducing reinforcing framework. Different kinds and brands of thermoplastics can be used to produce composite pipes for different purposes. The holes steel belt plastic pipes produced by our company can be divided into water supply, buried gas, hot water, chemical and special uses according to their uses.

Product structure:

Hole mesh strip plastic composite pipe is a new type of composite pressure pipe, which is made of cold rolled steel strip and thermoplastic polyethylene plastic, reinforced by argon arc butt welding or plasma helical forming porous thin-walled steel pipe, and double-sided composite thermoplastic with outer and inner layers. The perforated mesh steel strip polyethylene composite pipe for water supply adopts the industry standard CJ/T181-2003 "perforated mesh steel strip polyethylene composite pipe for water supply". The pipe fittings are implemented in GB/T13663.2-2005 "Water supply polyethylene (PE) pipe system Part 2: pipe fittings".

Chemical industry: manufacturing industry of acid, alkali and salt, petroleum industry, chemical fertilizer, pesticide, pharmaceutical, chemical, mining, rubber and plastics industries to transport corrosive gases, liquids, solid powder process pipes and discharge pipes;
