  Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to cut steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other materials, and is widely used at our production facility. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics. The laser in combination with CNC used to direct the laser beam guarantees maximum accuracy and precision.

 

2.Techincal parameters:

  

the laser cutting machine used by our laser cutting department includes two advanced equipment made in Germany: Trumpf TruLaser 3030 CO2 (4kw), Trumpf TruLaser 3040 fiber (6kw), and PENTA LASER laser cutting machine with high power and super large countertop (12kw, 2500*6000mm). We have six CNC bending machines, two of which are LVD CNC bending machines from Belgium and EHT CNC bending machines from Germany. There are also two pneumatic tapping machines made in the United States. The accuracy of laser cutting can be controlled within 0.2 mm.
