OPEN TYPE BIOGAS GENERATING SET

Biomass gas/biomass gas generator set (biogas) is the use of crop straw, waste wood, edible fungus residue, animal wastes and all combustible materials as raw materials into combustible energy.Biomass gasification synthetic fuel is an indirect liquefaction technology, which generates crude gas from biomass gasification through thermochemical method, and then obtains high-quality synthetic gas through gas purification and composition modification. Then, after pressurization, it adopts catalytic synthesis technology to synthesize a whole set of integrated technologies for liquid fuel.

According to the inspection of biomass gas by China Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, the combustible gas contains hydrogen 15.27%, oxygen 3.12%, nitrogen 56.22%, methane 1.57%, carbon monoxide 9.76%, carbon dioxide 13.75%, ethylene 0.10%, ethane 0.13%, propane 0.03% and propylene 0.05%, 100% in total.the gasifier can produce 2.8m3 combustion gas per hour, which is highly environmentally friendly and energy-saving and burns like liquefied gas.Every family only needs 3-5 kg of plant resources every day, which can be used for daily life (cooking, heating and bathing).Widely used for heating, bathing, enterprise restaurant, roadside stalls and other places, in all the energy, only biomass gas is the most realistic, the most economic, the most convenient, the most energy-saving, the most applicable, it is not only safe to use, but also clean and hygienic.Due to the wide adaptability of raw materials, high purity and cleanliness of products, the technology has gradually attracted the attention of all countries in the world in the context of the rising price of fossil resources.
