When our marsh gas generator set is under 0 ~ 100% load, the temperature of exhaust branch tube will not exceed 6200C, which can effectively prevent the economic loss caused by the unstable operation of the genset and accelerated wear caused by the excessive thermal load commonly seen in the field of power generation of gas engine.
Good start-up performance: our company adopts the self-developed digital closed-loop thin combustion mixed control system, and the successful start-up rate reaches 99% after debugging according to the gas composition provided by the user.
the non-analog electronic speed control system: with the cooperation with the Italian company the development of the digital electronic governor is in the domestic leading, high power genset adopts the most advanced German HEINZMANN or America WOODWARD electronic governor, not only can make the generator set running stable, more effectively integrated into the grid and parallel operation function, reduce the genset impact of the on grid or parallel operation due to the unstable, increase the service life of the generator.
Efficient combustion technology: our company's generator sets adopt internationally advanced imported ignition module components, so that the ignition energy is more powerful, burning more fully, reduce the tail gas NOx (nitrogen oxide) emissions, truly effective energy saving and emission reduction.
Preheating utilization: automatic waste heat boiler or waste heating system can be equipped according to the user's environment to provide heating and waste dryer for the customer's life.
