Cummins straw gas generator set is a straw gas powered generator set. Straw gas is made of straw, rice husk, wood chips, shrubs, fruit shell biomass in the generator, through the REDOX reaction, straw gas main combustible component for CO, H2, in addition, there are small amounts of methane CH4, CO content is in commonly 10% ~ 18%, the H2 content is in commonly 3% ~ 9%, CH4 content is in commonly 1.5% ~ 2.1%, and CnHm content is in commonly 0.2% ~ 0.6%, generally in the straw gas contains a lot of tar, moisture and ash, tar, moisture and ash in the gas engine is harm for running so before straw gas enters the gas generator set, it must be treated strictly.
the speed of the straw gas generator set of our company is generally set at 500r and 750r, the small power is 1000r, the proportion is mixer below 300KW, and only simple air intake adjustment is needed under 0~100% load. the straw gas generator set power over 300KW adopts a closed-loop mixed rarer combustion control system with rotating speed power, which greatly improves the utilization rate of combustible gas and reduces the consumption of straw gas and the operating cost and NOx emission of tail gas, truly achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
