Is workable for liquid detergent, Dishwashing liquid, cloth softener, shampoo, glass cleaner

and other liquid daily chemical.

this production is linear type with Controlled by PLC control system. Only by operate

Settings from touch screen to adjust the Filling volume, filling speed and other parameters.

 

Working process:

Bottle feeding→Conveyor →multi heads Filling → inner cap feeding/pressing→cap feeding and capping→coding →labeling 

(Based on users' local condition and Product, INNOPKG will design the best workable line).

 

Features:

1.      the quantity of filling heads depends on Capacity

2.      Linear type bottle feeding and out, Workable for different shapes of containers.

3.      Adopts Siemens PLC and Siemens Servo motor To ensure high precision of piston stroke and accurate filling volume.

4.      with the variable speed lifting function to reduce the foaming and to avoid the material overflowing from the Bottles. 

5.      Each Filling valve has a separate Controller. the top valve of the filling head will be closed to prevent the Material leakage.

6.      Equipped with liquid level detection Device to control the liquid level. with the function of preventing ultra-high and ultra-low liquid level detection.

7.      the whole machine adopts full-automatic Control system. If there is no bottle input, the filling will not work. If the Bottle movement is not stable, the moving will be suspended automatically.

8.      Material contact surface material: SUS316L, Sanitary pipes. and all connection parts are using quick Connectors.
