3.Performance features:

<A>. the three stations of punching, shearing and folding work at the same time, and they do not affect each other.

<B>. the shearing, bending and punching work station adopts #45 forging material, which has high hardness, firm wear resistance, good texture and good corrosion resistance, which can guarantee a long service life.

<C>. Punching mold / shear mold material: Cr12MoV. Compared with Cr12 steel, Cr12MoV has two elements of molybdenum and vanadium, which improves the toughness and wear resistance of steel. When making metal cold stamping dies, the molybdenum vanadium steel is used to make high-strength cutting edges and stretching, make the mold last longer.

<D>. Automatic shutdown function: oil pump sleep delay (you can set the time yourself). It will automatically shut down after a certain period of time after stopping work. Save electricity and save energy.

<E>. the CNC screen is a touch screen that adjusts the direction and angle. the display uses a large-screen (7-inch) color display mode with password protection to modify unqualified data. If the customer is not using standard workpieces, the data can be processed according to the requirements of non-standard workpieces. the operation is very convenient.
