this 100ton/day rice mill prodution line is for one our customers set in his factory, from he confirmed the order to we install the whole production line for him use about 45day. Now everything works well and we test the machines high efficiency work for him. 
this whole set rice mill plant contains about two sets cleaner machine, one set rice destoner machine, one set rice huller machine, one set double bodys paddy rice separator machine, five set rice mill machine, two sets color sorter machine, one set rice polisher machine, one set rice grader machine, and one set rice package machine. All machines production details were made according to customers needs, and even the production size were made according to his warehouse site.
Customers take the production line as a small rice station, he buys paddy rice from farmers and then deal with them into white rice to sell to shops or supermarket or the rice processing factories. The production line can take 24 hours continue work, high automatic and high working effciency, operators just operate the control panel can operate all details works.
