GST817M is a low NETD, high reliable, small and lightweight, low input power focal plane array adapted to uncooled thermal imaging. It includes a Focal Plan Array(FPA)made from VOX resistive bolometer connect to a silicon Read Out Integrated Circuit(ROIC), and a TEC integrated into miniaturized metal packaging.
