the C330S ZWIR Cooled Detector product is an infrared opto-electronic device sensitive to radiation in the MID-/long-wave dual-band     MW: 3.7μm ~ 4.8μm,LW: 7.7μm ~ 9.5μm   spectral region. It includes a high sensitivity focal plane array (FPA) comprised of a 320256 element two dimensional detector array made of photovoltaic (PV)  InAs/GaSb superlattice sensitive material connected to a Silicon readout integrate circuit (ROIC) by indium bump technology, and a 0.5Watt Stirling cycle rotary microcooler integrated into a metal dewar.
