Product Feature

the plate size of the all-welded wide-channel plate heat exchanger is large, with maximum length more than 10,000mm and width 1200mm. with the technology of entire plate continuous pressing, a plate is divided into numerous parts, and pressed by steps on a 10,000-ton hydraulic press to finally complete the forming the entire plate. the length, structure and size of each pressed plate are completely the same. this method is developed on the basis of the traditional plate heat exchanger plate forming technology, which guarantees the assembly and welding quality of the plate pack.
