Gear is made of 40 cr high quenching treatment, hardness reaches HRC40-45, tooth surface gear grinding, precision can be up to level 6.All these process are made to reduce vibration and noise and improve the machining efficiency and reliability of the machine tool.

    Feed system (X axis and Z axis) is driven by 27 nm AC servo motor. in order to let the blade adapter move horizontally, vertically and fast, feed system is connected with the ball screw via flexible coupling directly.

    Lathe bed adopts the whole structure and effective vibration reduction measures with high strength and low stress cast iron material. Combining bed with table base greatly improves the reliability of the overall machine tool rigidity.
