JL-E High Viscosity Oil Purifier is mainly used for filtering and removing impurities from high viscosity gear oil (Viscosity 150#, 220#, 320#, 460# etc.). the gear oil can be heated to a certain temperature in advance to low the viscosity of the oil, increasing the oil flowing capability and transfer by a high viscosity oil pump. the machine is equipped with a constant temperature control system and a filter pressure alarm protection system, which make sure machine work safely and reliably. JL-E usually has three grades of filtering, and can also be configured with more than three grades of filtering according to customer requirements. this machine can also be used for long-distance, high-lift oil transfer and oil injection.
