The 53, 55, 57, 58 and 59 series is able to provide a high number of positions and current capacity in one of the smallest diameter rotary switches available. All switches are military style switches and are provided in two versions, M and HS. Style M is unsealed and is not qualified but will give comparable performance and does meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-3786. Style HS switches are qualified to MIL-DTL-3786/36 and have a sealed shaft and panel. The seals do not alter the dimensions of the switch when mounted.
