Specifications

The 2000/E is a fast, accurate, highly stable, affordable and easy-to-operate instrument. It combines broad measurement ranges with superior accuracy specifications: DC voltage from 100 nV to 1 kV (with 0.002% 90-day basic accuracy); DC resistance from 100μΩ to 100 MΩ (with 0.008% 90-day basic accuracy). For greater flexibility, a built-in card slot found on the rear panel allows an extra multiplexer card for multi-point measurement applications.
Full range of functions: functions include period, dB, dBm, continuity, diode testing, mX+b, and percent.
