The EAO 31 series of indicators are suitable for use in many Human Machine Interface (HMI) panel mounting applications including Process Control, Panel Building, Machinery and Instrumentation. Illumination for the EAO 31 series indicator is via a T1 midget groove filament lamp or single chip LED with a supply voltage of between 6 and 48V. For supply voltages above 48V, it is necessary to use an external series resistor.
The EAO 31 series indicators are available in a choice of square or rectangular bezels. The square indicator (stock number 248-5368) has a 18x18mm bezel while the rectangular indicator (stock number 248-5295) has a 18x24mm bezel. Both versions require a 16mm panel cut out and are suitable for panels with a thickness of between 1.5 and 6mm, the indicators overall depth behind the panel is only 36mm.
