The Knipex angled snipe nose side cutting pliers have long flat rounded jaws with serrated gripping surfaces. Tested to 10000 V and insulated to 1000 V ac and 1500 V dc for live line working. The cutting edges are separately induction hardened to 61 HRC for cutting medium to hard wire. Forged from a high grade of vanadium electric steel, oil hardened for added strength and durability.
