The 87 series modular keyboards have a low profile and plug into any printed circuit board from a 1/32nd to 1/8th thickness. Users can build a custom keyboard with identical button spacing’s no matter how they are stacked, always maintaining a 0.5 inch button centre. Each button has a life expectancy of 3,000,000 operations helping to reduce maintenance costs and increase reliability. These modules are unsealed and the snap-dome contacts provide positive feedback helping the user to be fully aware when a button has been pushed or not.
