Specifications

These single pole solid state relays have normally open (1-Form-A) contacts and have an integrated current limit feature. They can be used to replace electromechanical relays while enhancing the robustness of wireline-interface applications. Ideal for the international hook switch telephone market.

They are built using a GaAlAs LED for actuation with MOSFET switches on the outputs and an integrated monolithic die for switch control. The die has a photodiode array, switch control with active current limiting circuitry and thermal supervision. They can be used in both Ac and DC applications with various blocking voltage options.

Potential Applications:
Telephony hook switch
VoIP gateways
IP-PBXs
Satellite and cable set-top boxes
