When the CALL2OPEN (C2O) unit receives a GSM mobile phone call from an approved number, it will activate a change-over relay to open gates, barriers, etc. C2O rejects the call so there will be no charge. There is no need to install it from a PC as it can be configured it using SMS text messages.
