These single pole solid state relays have normally open (1-Form-A) contacts. They are able to provide 5000 Vrms of input to output isolation by taking advantage of optically coupled MOSFET technology.
The outputs have been constructed from efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die and the well-known OptoMos architecture. The input is an efficient infrared LED which provides the optically coupled control. With a low on-resistance and a high load current rating these units are suitable for a wide variety of applications.
