MHRM sesnors employ a magnetically based semiconductor hall element to sense moving ferromagnetic objects. They are preferably used to scan toothed racks as well as gear wheels in gear boxes. The housing made of Stainless Steel protects the electronics against external influences. These sensors are mainly used as tachometer generators where there is a general aggressive environment of oil, dust or vibration.
