The Hammond 1551 series is a miniature enclosure moulded in translucent blue, general purpose ABS plastic with a satin texture finish. Each enclosure has 2 PC board standoffs moulded into the interior and a lap joint construction which provides IP54 protection against the access of dust and splashing water. The lid of the enclosure is secured with 2 self-tapping 4x1/2in. screws.
