Ntroduction of Type RA 15008 with Outer ring separated and lighweight conpact structure)

Type RA crossed roller bearing is a lightweight,conpact slimmed by reducing the thickness of the inner and outer rings to the maximum allowable limit.Though it is very compact and thin,this type of bearing can hold heavy load.Because its outer ring is separable,it is ideal for use in robot hand and applications where the precision of inner ring is high.the outer ring can be separated from the unit and is permanently fastend in place by riveting.

Thie major dimensions of this type  are OD of 166mm,Id of 150mm and height of 8mm.It can save space and is easy to install.

during of manufacturing,because of its big and thin section,it is difficult to control its deformation.We adopt special process to stablize it and connect them so that the connection and deformation is solved perfectly.Meanwhile,we use intergrit seal to provent dust and foreign matter from entering the bearing and the leakage of grease.

Its structure is the same as of THK. It rotates smoothly and has long life but with low price. Therefore, it is the ideal counterpart for imported bearings. Its precision is higher than that of THK.
