UF High packing density tubular membrane bioreactor for wastewater treatment

KAIMI MEMBRANE experience:

Kaimi has taken many project of landfill leachate treatment in China. It's a mature technology, use our tubular membrane as external membrane bioreactor and combine it with biochemical process. It can remove 80%~90% BOD, COD and SS.


 

Tubular MBR/External MBR: External MBR technology replaces the conventional secondary sedimentation tank by the method of activated sludge. the wastewater was pumped into membrane module and is filtered by membrane under pressure, the permeate was sent to water tank or be discharged, and the retained sludge and concentrate are sent to Bio-Reactor tank.  
 
Advantages of high packing density membrane system for landfill leachate treatment:

1. High flux, is 6 to 10 times more than common submerged MBR

2. Membrane with strong antifouling property and high regeneration performance 

3. Backwash is not required, only periodic chemical cleaning, CIP is easy and convenient 

4. Reliable operation, service life can be up to 6 years
