the intelligent combination production line is mainly composed of three production lines:  the production line is  HM-ZD6418K Automatic rigid box making machine for the production of  top boxes; the production line is  HM-ZD350D Automatic  rigid box  machine for  the production of  bottom boxes; the production line is  our HM-600E Automatic gluing and spotter machine and HM-PK850 Automatic Four-side Folding-in machine for  the production of hard cover.  as shown in the figure, when the whole line is in operation, the production line produces the top box, bottom box and  hard cover separately. the top boxes are transferred on the conveyor  through  HM-YP600 Automatic Pressing Machine, and the bottom boxes are passed to meet the top boxes after HM-YP400K Double Pressing Machine, then HM-GH40 Automatic  Cover Box Machine finishes the assembly  for top boxes and bottom boxes, after completing assembly, there are several process such as automatic weighing, bagging and packaging.  At the same time, the hard covers from production line,  are   passed to meet  bottom boxes after lining  process, then HM-PZ850 finishes the assembly of hard covers and bottom boxes, finally HM-XS320  finishes  the process of assembling the fiber tray into the book type boxes.  The entire production process is fully automated, fast, stable, reliable, affordable and easy to use, convenient and efficient, we trust it will be your idea rigid box production line.
