Product characteristics

Colorless to light yellow or yellowish green clear liquid.


Drug interaction

It has a synergistic effect on Gram-positive bacteria such as staphylococcus and streptococcus when combined with gentamycin.

When used with aminoglycoside and polypeptide antibiotics, it may aggravate the blocking effect of neuromuscular junction.

Due to the same action site, it has an antagonistic effect when used together with erythromycin, which has a stronger affinity to the bacterial ribosome 50S subunit than this product.

It is inadvisable to be used with antidiarrheal which containing intestinal peristalsis inhibition drugs and white clay.

It is incompatible to kanamycin, neomycin, etc.


Indications

Lincomylamine antibiotics. It is mainly used for the treatment of Gram-positive bacterial infections, and other infections such as leptospirosis and mycoplasma in pigs.


Administration and dosage

Intramuscular injection

0.17ml per kg body weight in pigs, one dose a day; 0.17ml in dogs and cats, twice a day, treatment for 3-5 consecutive days.


Adverse drug reaction

It has a neuromuscular blocking effect.
