Paracetamol

Product characteristics

Colorless or almost colorless clear liquid, slightly viscous.

Indications

Antipyretic and analgesic drugs. It is used for the treatment of fever, myalgia, arthralgia and rheumatism.

Administration and dosage

Intramuscular injection

Horses and cattle: 50-100ml per dose;

Sheep: 5-20ml;

Pigs: 5-10ml;

Dogs: 1-5ml.

Adverse drug reaction

Occasional symptoms: anorexia, emesis, anoxia, cyanosis, hemocytocatheresis, jaundice and liver damage, etc.

Warnings and precautions

Do not use in cats, or it will cause severe toxic reactions after administration.

High dose can cause liver and kidney damage, and the use of acetylcysteine or methionine within 12 hours after administration can prevent liver damage. Sick and young animals with liver and kidney insufficiency should be used with caution.
